River City Casino & Hotel Volunteers Assist Homeowner in Lemay. It may be the All Star break for the Cardinals, but not the All Star team of volunteers from River City Casino & Hotel! A dozen volunteers assisted a Lemay homeowner today with trimming tress, bushes, raking and general yard clean up. The grateful homeowner said she "couldn't thank the volunteers enough for all their help." 2018 is the fourth year in a row that River City Casino employees have participated in The Housing Partnership's Volunteer and Beautification program.
