The Housing Partnership administers an exterior Property Maintenance Program (PMP) for low-and moderate-income homeowners in Lemay, Affton and Mehlville.  This program allows for one-time exterior property maintenance needs such as tree trimming/removal, removal of overgrown bushes and power washing.  If you have received an exterior code violation, you are encouraged to call our office at 314-631-9905 to learn more about the program. 

• You must have owned your home for more than 2 years
• You must be an owner occupant of your home
• Income restrictions apply for this program. Generally, if you have a household of 2 and your gross income is less than $71,300, you are encouraged to apply
• Service area is limited to Lemay, Affton and Mehlville
