Homebuyer Services

The Housing Partnership provides homebuyer education and counseling for first time homebuyers.

The goal is to create more sustainable homeownership opportunities for homebuyers throughout the St Louis Metropolitan Area. First time homebuyers may also be eligible for down payment assistance through a forgivable loan in St. Louis City, St. Louis County and Jefferson County.
