Attend a free Homebuyer Orientation to learn more about our agency’s process when working with homebuyers and the requirements of the down payment & closing cost assistance that we facilitate. These meetings are designed for those who are not under contract. If your lender needs you to take a homebuyer education course, that is a separate process.
