About Us – 

For more than twenty years, THP has worked to strengthen and stabilize the community. Our efforts focus on three primary areas:

• Residential Development  – Develop and manage quality mixed income for sale and rental properties and commercial developments.

 

• Financial Capabilities: Improve  individuals’ abilities to manage their    resources  and make financial decisions. Provide homebuyer counseling and  education with access to down payment assistance.

 

• Home Repair: Increase knowledge and resources required to maintain a healthy home environment, including home repairs.

THP is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization,  a Community Housing Development Organization  and a HUD approved Housing Counseling  organization.  Our Board of  Directors  is made up of  neighborhood      residents and area stakeholders  committed to improving the community.
