New Homes In 2020!

Vatterott Construction in partnership with The Housing Partnership, Inc. will begin construction on 3 new homes and rehab one existing home in Lemay. The work is expected to begin in the spring of 2020. The Housing Partnership develops affordable housing in the Lemay community.

The new homes are 3 bedroom, 2 bath and are energy efficient. The rehabbed home will be a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. To learn more about purchasing one of these homes, call real estate agent, Hayley Tomazik at 314-677-6781. The homes are affordably priced at $95,000 – $140,000.

Income restrictions apply and down payment assistance may be available.

The homes are made possible through HOME Investment Partnership funds that are administered by the St. Louis County Office of Community Development to assist with the creation of affordable housing for low and moderate income families.
