Groundbreaking of Lemay Homes

Please join The Housing Partnership (THP) and Rise for the official groundbreaking of Lemay Homes on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.

THP and Rise closed on the construction financing for the approximately $9.0 million, 40 unit single-family home development with the Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) St. Louis County, PNC Bank and Sugar Creek Capital.  THP and Rise are the co-developers of this project.
