Smith Place Groundbreaking
Beautiful skies and the sun shining led to the perfect day for the official ground breaking for the 10 new homes at Smith Place. A host of state and county dignataries spoke of the excitement of new homes in Lemay. Members of the THP Board of Directors joined the local officials in the official breaking of ground in front of the foundation of the first new home under construction.
